LGS Commission Tracker

Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Langwieder Global Solutions (LGS), Dubai, runs the Commission Tracker and decides what happens with the data in it. Each workspace decides what partners, agreements and payments it enters and who on its team gets access.

What is collected about you

If you have a sign in: your email, your name, your password (kept scrambled, nobody can read it), your authenticator set up, the workspaces and role you have, when you sign in and how long you use the app, the pages you open, your device type, and a log of what you change (for example a rate or a payment). If you are a payee: your name, email and the shares and payouts recorded for you. If you are a partner contact: the contact line the workspace typed in. Nothing is collected from visitors who do not sign in.

Commission records

Partners, agreements, rates, invoices, money received and payouts are the workspace's confidential business records. Only that workspace's team and the LGS team can see them, and shares are shown only to the people allowed to see them.

Why

To give you access, keep the app secure, show the workspace who changed what, work out what is owed and paid, and tell LGS which parts of the app are used. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for marketing, and no AI reads your data or the commission records.

Where it is kept

In the European Union, Frankfurt (database and servers), encrypted when stored and when sent.

How long

Your sign in and usage are kept while you have access. When a workspace leaves, LGS deletes it and every record in it. You can ask for your own data to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or get a copy of it, at any time. Write to solutions@langwieder-global.com. You can change your name and password yourself under My account. Deleting removes your sign in, name, access and usage everywhere in the app; payments recorded for you stay as workspace records with no name on them.

Laws and standards

UAE Personal Data Protection Law and EU GDPR, followed. ISO 27001 information security and ISO 22301 business continuity practice, used as guides: LGS is not certified to either.
